At Sweetheart Photo Studio, we believe in transparency, kindness, and clear communication. These policies help us create the best possible experience for every client, and keep everything running smoothly from first hello to final gallery delivery.

  • A booking fee is a non-refundable payment that officially reserves your session date and time. It ensures that your spot is held just for you and covers administrative tasks such as scheduling, planning, and pre-session preparation. This fee is not an additional charge - it goes toward your total session cost.

  • To reserve your session date, a 25% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. Your remaining balance is due the day before your photoshoot. Please complete your final payment by the day before your session date. At this time, we accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, or cash. Your date isn’t fully secured until your booking fee and signed contract are received.

  • If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance. Your booking fee can be applied to a new session date within 30 days of the original booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their booking fee.

  • If we ever need to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or weather, we’ll work with you right away to find a new date that fits your schedule.

  • For outdoor shoots, we’ll keep a close eye on the forecast. If the weather looks questionable (heavy rain, lightning, or extreme heat), we’ll reach out to discuss options - including rescheduling or relocating your session. Sessions will proceed as scheduled in the case of light rain or typical Florida heat.

  • All images remain the copyright of Sweetheart Photo Studio. Clients receive personal-use rights, meaning you can print, share, and post your photos for personal enjoyment. Please don’t alter or sell the images without written permission - we put our heart into your photos and want to ensure they’re represented beautifully.

  • For pet photoshoots, pets must be under their owner’s control at all times during the session. If any signs of aggression or destructive behavior arise, we may need to end the photoshoot for everyone’s safety. When possible, we’ll work with you to adjust the session approach to keep things safe and comfortable. If that’s not feasible, a refund may be issued.
